Your group may share one cohort code. Enter it with your own name and email address to begin, resume your unfinished profile, or reopen your completed report.

  • No participant account or password is required.
  • Use an active work or personal email address that you can access.
  • Allow approximately 10–15 minutes for the 40 statements.
  • Think about your normal leadership over the past three months.
  • Your private developmental report appears immediately after submission.

Your email keeps your profile separate from others using the same cohort code. Your name and email are visible only in protected administration and authorised exports.
